Nadi Shodhana is commonly known as Alternate Nostril Breathing. The Sanskrit translates to "the clearing of the Nadis," which are believed to be energetic pathways through the body. This breathing practice helps to clear congestion, balance the breath and bring calm focus to the mind. This practice is excellent for learning this breathing technique or refining your established practice.
