Kassandra’s mission is to help others feel great with yoga. She started practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to become more flexible and learn to manage stress and anxiety. Little did she know a few years later she would have the privilege of becoming a teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others who, like her, were sick of feeling less than vibrant. She holds a 200 hour Yoga certification as well as a Level 1 Yoga Therapy certification. Every year she attends multiple workshops and trainings from teachers all over the world to continue her education and provide the best classes to her students.
