So, whether you're a surfer or beach bunny or lawn jockey, everyone can tap into that happy outdoors mindset with this week's #FreeVideoFriday: Yoga for Surfers with Jean Marie Johnson!

After all, yoga and surfing go together like peanut butter and jelly! This practice is an excellent warm up before you paddle out or before pretty much any athletic endeavor. If you're not a surfer, don't worry! You can also utilize this practice to propel you into your day fired up with fresh energy. We warm up the neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips, and legs so you'll be water ready...and world ready!
