All this week we're featuring for you the newest teacher in the MOJO community, Lisa Simmons. We think she's just peachy, and we hope you're enjoying getting to know her, too!

We got some inspiration to consider Slowing Down in this normally hectic time of year with her guest post on Tuesday. 

We were also graced with her presence on The MOJO Show on Wednesday, where we learned about her professional work as an oncology nurse, how to stay balanced in caregiving work, and how to handle some of the unique challenges we face as yoga teachers teaching online. We heard her confession on the podcast that she's a "terrible sleeper" and that was the inspiration for this practice.
