Today isn't a typical Blog post...

I always feel very blessed to have the luxury of working the schedule I do - for those of you that don't know, I work 3 days a week. When I made the decision to work such a limited schedule it included making many changes. Some were financial, some were personal.  But the bottom line was, it was best for me. For more reasons than going on a money budget, it was also a brain budget. I needed some psychological freedom and time to expand to get back to where I started... 

Everyone’s life starts out exactly the same.                                 

On our first day, we begin moving forward into a whirl-wind (YOU know - you're in it!). We experience life and all of its emotions but what we don't know is that in the end we will all want to return back home. To return home to where life began, to where our minds were blank and to where our only purpose was to find meaning. To quiet our minds from the chaos.

We will want to go back to find meaning in a simple hug, a friendship, a heartache, or the feeling you had the day of your first job.

But what if you could slow-down right now and experience more happiness? Soak in more of what YOU want, need and crave...

When you look at your life today, what do you think? 

Slowing down isn't so bad.

It is a choice.

And it isn't impossible.
