Well, now #FreeVideoFriday will have it's own special feature right here on the MOJO blog. This week, we bring you the opportunity to check out our Quick Morning MOJO practice from the Find Your MOJO Challenge for free. This is perfect help for those of you who resonated with our MOJO Show interview with Meredith Cameron in which we discussed the power of a morning ritual and getting your yoga in even if you don't have much time. Props Needed: 
Something to sit up on so you can be comfortable in a cross-legged seat: a bolster, a folded blanket, a pillow, etc. 


This quick morning practice is an extended marma points for flexibility sequence that you can do before you even get out of bed in the morning! This practice can be particularly useful if you have to wake up quite early and have trouble finding the motivation to get out of bed, or if you don't have a lot of time for your yoga practice on a busy morning, and want something quick to get your body moving.
