The second and best way to get your fun on is to go deeper with our full 30 Day Challenge course right here on mymojoyoga.com. The course will offer in-depth instruction for each pose, including props you could use, variations you could take, and supportive practices to help you warm up for the challenge pose. The 30 Day Fun With Yoga Challenge Course is for members only, so join us now if you haven’t already. Why fun with yoga? Well, we know firsthand how easy it can be to find ourselves taking our yoga (and ourselves) so seriously that the joy gets drained right out of our efforts. "Why is joy so important?" you ask in a curmudgeonly tone. Well, grumpy pants, because we'll never stick with anything that doesn't bring us joy. And if we want to have healthy habits, like yoga, for the rest of our long and happy lives, we have to be sure we're always seeking the fun in them. So, it is with this in mind that we intend to have some fun with these poses next month and hope you'll join in on the fun with us! There's even talk of some silly costumes... Do we dare?

The Poses

Wondering what the heck some of those crazy looking poses are? Don't worry if some of these poses look scary or even seemingly impossible. The point of this challenge is to have fun by trying new things and expanding the limits of what we imagine we can do. This is where the premium course for members will really come in handy, as we'll guide you through each pose step-by-step, offer props to use, and explain variations you can take on the journey to the full expression of each pose. And then we of course hope you'll come back to the challenge course again and again as your practice evolves so you can grow along with it. Here's the full day-by-day list of what's to come.
