Whatever your work day might look like, I'm willing to bet that it's hard on you in some way: physically, mentally, or emotionally. If I'm right, say, "Gawd, yes!" I know you work hard, and are often short on time to care of yourself. That's why this week I'm giving the long format read a break and cutting to the chase. This practice is targeted primarily at those of us who sit at a desk for long hours, but the 12 practices I guide you through here can save the day for you no matter your work setting.
