Top Tips For Juicing Beginners

  1. Always thoroughly wash and prepare what you're juicing beforehand!
  2. Cut your ingredients so they fit easily into your juicer.
  3. Items that DO NOT go in your juicer: bananas, avocados, papaya, citrus rinds, seeds or pits.

Juicers We Recommend

We've personally used both of these juicers and found them wonderful. The centrifugal Jack Lalanne juicer is great if you're just getting started with juicing or have a tighter budget for your juicing habit. The Omega single-gear juicer is our current model, and we've loved it for years now! Be sure to watch the video for Jean Marie's more detailed comparison of these two types of juicers.
