Cool, Calm, Collected

We've been working a lot on ways to Yogafy Your Life lately here on the blog. And I'm giving it so much attention because I know how powerful the skills we learn from yoga can be in transforming and improving our day-to-day lives. I'm certainly feeling it in my life, and I hope you are, too!

BUT, methinks it's high time for a little asana love on this here blog. So, I've whipped up a short little treat for you. This is an excerpt from a workshop of mine where we worked hard and definitely earned our delicious cool down. This is perfect because I know you all are working hard out there in the world (especially with all those goals and action plans you've set for yourselves!). Seeing as how all hard work deserves a treat in kind, I'm sharing with you that very cool down to help you unwind from your busy day. Heck, some of you might even like this as your morning practice if you only have about a half hour and need to embark on a hectic day feeling cool and collected. Check it out, and enjoy!
